Capture Co. is a Bay Area photo booth rental service created for celebrations where the details matter. The booth is warm, polished, and intentionally simple, so it can blend into weddings, milestone events, and private gatherings beautifully.
From the first inquiry to the final gallery, the experience is built to feel organized, calm, and guest friendly. You choose the details. We handle the setup, hosting, and photo moments.

A few helpful notes before we begin. Your proposal will hold the details unique to your celebration.
01How do we reserve our date?
Begin with the inquiry form so we can confirm availability and learn about your celebration. Your date is secured once the agreement and 30% retainer are received. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event; celebrations booked within 30 days require full payment with the agreement.
02Can the experience be personalized?
Yes. Every experience includes a custom photo template, backdrop, print, prop, and branding options can be tailored to the setting and tone of your event.
03Are you insured?
Yes. We carry our own insurance up to $1,000,000. Let us know if your venue requires a COI and we’ll happily provide it.
04Can Capture Co. be set up outdoors?
Outdoor celebrations are considered case by case. The booth needs a level, covered location protected from wind, direct weather, and changing light, along with reliable power.
05What is your setup and teardown process?
We’ll arrive about 1.5 to 2 hours before your event to set up the photo booth and prepare the experience. Once your event has ended, teardown takes no more than 1 hour.
